Lizzy Bay is a collection of townhomes located in the heart of downtown Squamish. With its unlimited access to nature, the homes are also mere steps away from markets; stores; public libraries; as well as elementary and high schools. With one to four bedroom options, the homes come with spacious rooftop patios perfect for entertaining and unwinding after a long day.

This new-build project was won thanks to the strong existing relationship our partners at Phoenix Fire had with the electrical contractors who had had an opportunity to work with our products in the past. Having seen and experienced our cost-effective and user-friendly products first-hand before, the solution for this project was quite clear!

The fire alarm systems at Lizzy Bay now feature Maple’s Armor FW106S Single Loop compact panels; the FW123 annunciator; the FW511 smoke detectors; FW521 heat detectors; the FW721 manual stations; the FW962 horn/strobes; and the FW971 horns. The system also required the FW811 Input module and the FW851 Isolator Module.

We have gotten awesome feedback from all parties involved in this installation. We’ve heard from the developer who is ecstatic with the finished product and from the electrician who was pleased with how easy the system was to install.
